Returning a product:
To begin the returns process, please get in contact with us. Email maxtraffordphotography@gmail.com
To return a product, you must indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the product. You then have another 14 days to return the product.
When returning the product, it must be returned in its original packaging. The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as when you received it.
You must provide a receipt of the purchase to be eligible for a return.
Refund:
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect the condition of the product and then process the refund.
Shipping Cost:
The shipping cost for the product is deducted from the original price of the product before a refund is issued.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of sending the product back to us.
